These are just perfect for home gyms. Usually you would need a dumbell shelf with dozens of weights taking up a ton of space, with just two of these you can replace all of that and more.
I like to use these for farmer walks, max out the weight and grab and go.
You can also attach them (not recommended) to a lever system for rows. The rapid selection is tight and well executed and it's easy for even my kids to get in and use the equipment.

As for the actual dumbbell, it is well constructed and of high quality. I'm sure it will last a long time. However, it isn't a good idea to drop it.
It is straightforward to change weights. Just twist the handle in either direction until the arrow marks the weight you want.
Usually, dumbells have a metal handle with knurling that gives an excellent grip; however, this dumbbell has a plastic handle with no knurling. I'm not saying this is bad, but it's my personal preference to have a metal handle.
As for the actual dumbbell, it is well constructed and of high quality. I'm sure it will last a long time. However, it isn't a good idea to drop it.

I'm very happy with this Funcode adjustable dumbbell. I have another set of 25 lb adjustable dumbbells but needed some that go heavier and these are great. The rotating mechanism for adjusting the weight works great and is very easy to read. No problems with any of the unused weight plates sticking or hanging up when I pick up and put down the dumbbell. The storage tray is durable and stable too. Great quality and super easy adjustability on the fly make this a winner. Recommended.

Over the quarantine, I decided to make a home gym. Like most home gyms, mine does not have a ton of space, especially for a whole rack of dumbells. This product takes the place of all that and confines it into a small and easy to use package. The weight is spot on according to my scale and I can get in a much wider variety of workouts now. Very happy with this product overall

I just started working out, trying to get in shape, and I have to say, the quality of these adjustable weights is awesome. They save ample space and are very easy to use. Of course, the downside is less granularity in the choice of weight to lift, but you would purchase this product knowing that. It's still very possible to work yourself up to the full 44lbs of these weights, but that would depend on how one's muscles adjust to the jump in weight over time.

My son loves it, he uses it everyday. It's easy to adjust to different weights as you need. We found it's a little bit trick that the two little buttons on the bottom that you have to push them at the same time to adjust the weight plates. I enjoy it and plan to purchase another one for myself.
