What I also like about this set is that you have the option of keeping these as a dumbbell set or one barbell. It gave an excellent simple workout and will add size to my shoulders. arms, and chest.

2021 has been tough, gaining and trying to lose 55 (lbs) has been tougher. Now that gyms (and more) have closed again due to COVID restrictions, I need something to do that doesn’t involve too much thought or added calories. This weight set was just what I needed. The flexibility of adjusting the weight makes it versatile enough for me and my roommates to get a good workout in the comfort of our living room. This DB had a great price and delivered on time. If you are looking for an awesome convertible weight set, then this is the one for you. The regular bar bells are great and well made. The weights are made of a tough plastic that don't feel like they will give out for a long time. The best part for me though is that you can connect the bar bells together to make a full bar. It is easy to convert and can be done quickly in between exercises. Overall I would recommend these to anyone looking for a good starter weight set!
