The thing is fine. It does what it's supposed to do. But to inflate it? Here's the instructions as written: "Inflate ball." That's it! They include a joke pump with it that went right into the recycling bin, and if not for the miracle of Youtube, I'd still be trying to figure out how to pump the damn thing up. BTW - It's not that hard to do, once you see how to do it.

I found this ball to be durable and sturdy. However, inflating it was almost impossible with the included pump. You would be better off figuring out how to blow it up with your mouth. I ended up utilizing a hand pump that I had from another ball to inflate the ball. Due to the pump, I would not recommend this ball to anyone who may have the expectation of being able to inflate it with the included pump. They would be better off purchasing a different ball that comes with a pump that works, even if it costs a bit more.

I bought this balance trainer for the bosu part and it works just fine, no complaints here. Seeing that the resistance bands are of no use for me, I find them useless. The pump is easy to use. Will not take any ratings off for something that i will not use.

Just received it, but seems quite durable and despite some of the reviews regarding the pump, it inflated very quickly and easily. Did a few exercises on it and it was very sturdy. My daughter tested it with some plank exercises and it worked well. Haven't used the bands, but am looking forward to it!
