I just received this bench yesterday and haven't had the chance to use it. It went together easily and seems sturdy. I won't be using the resistance bands with it however as they don't have enough tension/resistance in them for me.
I bought this because I am studying to be a personal trainer and liked the idea of being able to fold it and then take it with me to people's houses.

This bench is super easy to assemble in 10 mins. My wife did all the work by herself. It looks good in my garage gym and attracts me to do some workout. The bad side is the foam which support legs has some smell but goes away soon out of the box. I am feeling solid and secured during my exercise with this bench.
