Great dumbbells!
My son loves it, he uses it everyday. It’s easy to adjust to different weights as you need. We found it’s a little bit trick that the two little buttons on the bottom that you have to push them at the same time to adjust the weight plates. I enjoy it and plan to purchase another one for myself.

As for the actual dumbbell, it is well constructed and of high quality. I’m sure it will last a long time. However, it isn’t a good idea to drop it.
It is straightforward to change weights. Just twist the handle in either direction until the arrow marks the weight you want.
Usually, dumbells have a metal handle with knurling that gives an excellent grip; however, this dumbbell has a plastic handle with no knurling. I’m not saying this is bad, but it’s my personal preference to have a metal handle.

I like to use these for farmer walks, max out the weight and grab and go.
You can also attach them (not recommended) to a lever system for rows. The rapid selection is tight and well executed and it's easy for even my kids to get in and use the equipment.

The rotating mechanism for adjusting the weight works great and is very easy to read. No problems with any of the unused weight plates sticking or hanging up when I pick up and put down the dumbbell. The storage tray is durable and stable too. Great quality and super easy adjustability on the fly make this a winner. Recommended.

Of course, the downside is less granularity in the choice of weight to lift, but you would purchase this product knowing that. It's still very possible to work yourself up to the full 44lbs of these weights, but that would depend on how one's muscles adjust to the jump in weight over time.
