If you are looking for a bike for your kids, Nice C has the perfect bike for you. Our kid friendly BMX bike is safe and fun to use.
The bike is made with a lightweight magnesium alloy frame with zero welding, extra thick tires, is completed with a set of training wheels.
We have implemented a dual-safe braking system with a front v-brake and brand coaster disc-brake, so your child can ride happily and safely. It also is equipped with shiny alloy child-size brake levers, newly-developed one-piece foam saddle, TPR soft grips, and non-slip resin pedals with reflectors. This bike will surely put a smile on your child’s face.
Why the Nice C Bike?
SINGLE-PIECE FRAME
The frame of the bike is made with a zero-welding single-piece structure that is stronger and sturdier. The single-piece frame also prevents your child from being injured with broken bike frame parts.
EASY TO ASSEMBLE
Most of the bike comes pre-assembled in the package. However, you may need to install training wheels (optional), pedals, handlebar and seat.
PREVENT SERIOUS INJURIES
Our BMX bike complete with the set of training wheels for beginners. The training wheels allow your child to use this bike to learn how to ride. If your child falls over, the lightweight material of the bike minimizes the risk of any serious injury.
DUAL-BRAKE SYSTEM
Our BMX bike has a dual brake system: the traditional v-brake coupled with disc brake on the rear wheel. This dual braking system makes braking smooth and efficient.

Easy and Adjustable Size
For your growing kids, our bike is adjustable and comes in 4 sizes.
- For Kids up to 4 Years – 12 Inch Model

It is lighter than my daughter's previous 12 inch bike and it has dual brake system, so my daughter feels much more confident on riding this bike. But it is a little disappointed that it does not have a kickstand, this gives trouble if not using the training wheels. Overall, it is a nice bike and my daughter loves it.
No damage during shipping, had all parts, good fit.

This is a very pretty bike, alloy frame made, looks fantastic and sturdy, my daughter likes it so much, riding it outside everyday.
Assembly is OK with common tools, it takes me 10 mins to have everything assembled ready. The height of seat and handlebar is adjustable, my daughter is 4 years old, the 14” bike is a slight bigger for her, need to lower the height. It is safe and stable running with the training wheel for the beginner, in addition the disk brake systems works great to fully stop the bike in a short distance, but it also shows some difficulty for my daughter to squeeze the hand brake all by herself, that may need bigger hands with more strength to hold it when she grow up a bit.
Overall, I am very satisfied on its quality design, a nice bike for a young kid.
We purchased this bike through Walmart, and can’t return because it was sold by a third party, as if I was supposed to know that!
UPDATE: The seller responded to my email and has issues a full refund for the bike. Talk about excellent customer service!
The frame also feels sturdy and reasonably light weight.
One small issue is that the seat post tends to slip down, I had to use anti-slip paste.
Updated: I contacted their customer service and received awesome support. They sent instructions on brake adjustments (which I had then already found through research) and they also offered to send the reflector and the missing stickers at no cost. So although initially frustrated, I am happy now.
UPDATE: With great care slowly putting air into the tire while continually pushing it back onto the rim, I was eventually able to properly inflate the tire. Overall, the bike seems pretty good, but the rims are manufactured a bit too small. That said, it does seem to be working fine now.
The bike setup pretty well EXCEPT for the front brakes. It’s a very poor design and now I will have to take it in to be setup because there were NO instructions to set this bike up and the brakes are all apart. Wish there was a video at the very minimum. Waiting for company to answer my question.
all the time, become dangerous to ride, and same with pad - slips. Look like it is to much money just for the LOOK.
Sets up really easy and it’s very comfortable
Also, one of the pedals fell off on two different occasions. Noticed that the thread was quite loose when tightening. Needed to add some Loktite to the threads in order to keep the pedals on.
Other than that, it is a nice bike. Haven't had it that long so we'll see if any other problems develop.
Was easy to assemble and my little one helped his dad to do it. It was his first time to ride a bike and he did excellent. The only minus (or maybe it is not a con but for a security reason) there is no brake on the pedal.
In general we are very happy with the purchase.
Edit:
The pedals were falling down all time! Every time we went out we took the key with us to screw the pedals back.
The bike made horrible sound when riding.
The small wheels do not have an option to be moved up just a little. Only one position is allowed!
The sit got broke just weeks after the use.
Got really sad just a couple of weeks after firstly being a happy client.
Sizing aside, here are my thoughts:
This is a great bike! It is nice and sturdy and I love the look This bike ride just fine on the rough terrain.
The bike has a firmer black seat with what sort of looks like a hand grip in the back. like a normal bike seat. My daughter mentioned to me that the seat is comfortable even in rough terrain . this bikes has a disk brake, which is nice - although my daughter is still getting used to using it - it's a little big for her tiny hands. I would recommend getting the hang of that before going down any hills.
And last - the assembly was pretty easy - They came mostly assembled already. It took about 15 minutes (Putzing speed) to get everything ready to go.
Overall, these have been great bikes so far and I am very pleased with the purchase!
My daughter started to learn to ride it over the spring break, however, after riding it twice, the front tire deflated. I opened it up and I have found the inner tube having hole on it. I have contacted the customer service immediately. They responded quickly and sent us a new tube. We received the so called new tube, when I tried to install it, I'd found that the new tube also had a hole on it. I believe that the batch has QC issue.
My grandson like she's bike!

I was looking for a good bicycle with training wheels which is not so expensive but good quality, I was weary at the beginning but I think I got the right one. This has front and rear linear pull brakes keep speed in check. Supple padded seat is easily adjusted with no tools thanks to a quick release lever clamp. The fun doesn't stop or starts there, we really had fun assembling it, Assembly was no brainer, it was quick as apple pie. The instruction leaflet could be lot better, but hey whos complaining. Good product.

I am happy to see smile in my son face while riding his new bike. I was able to assemble his bike in less than 10 min. The instructions on the manual was simple and easy steps. I am glad I choosed this bike for him.
I did assemble it with my son :) He could not wait to give it a try. He has been enjoying since then. I would strongly recommend this product to anyone who wants to make their kid happy and smiley :))
Also not one peep from the seller. They don't care one bit about you after you give them money.
I was disappointed when I unboxed the bike and the NiceC box the bike was in was all torn up. Inside an undamaged Amazon box. The bike is also not packed well in the box leading to some broken plastic pieces. I also had to adjust the disc brake because it was out of alignment. One of the wheel rims has a bent spot that so far doesn't affect function. The seat has a couple spots where the padding isn't even under the cover. The frame has uneven spots under the paint that makes it look cheap. My son is still a little bit small for it and hasn't gotten to ride it much but I don't have high hopes for the long term.

Spent a lot of time reading online about sizing bikes for a child who is learning to ride. I am no expert by any means but found lots of great sites explaining the key designs to the best beginner bikes. Brands such as Woom, Islabike, Guardian, Pello etc. have perfected low weight, long wheel base/top bar, narrow q factor bikes to make learning to ride easier for little ones. Unfortunately they also cost 3x the price of this bike. Again, I am not an expert cyclist nor do I have personal experience with those nicer and pricey brands to give first hand comparisons. Thus the following comparisons are based on published specs and components. While this NiceC bike isn't on the level of those top brands in quality and build it does appear the NiceC offers quite a bit for what it costs. In fact I was not able to find any other new 16" bike in the price range that even came with handbrakes or was under 20 lbs, much less both (although lack of the coaster brake likely is a large part of lower weight).
I purchased 2 of these 16" bikes for twins that will be turning 6 in another month. My son is 46 lbs and 46.5 inches tall. He has an inseam of ~19 inches. His sister is 47 lbs and 47.5 inches tall with an inseam of 20". Neither is able to ride without training wheels, my son has lots of balance bike practice while my daughter has mostly practiced on training wheels.
After learning more about sizing, I was very tempted to return at least my daughters NiceC to purchase a larger bike. They really both are on the large size for these 16" bikes however since they still don't ride without training wheels I have decided to keep them for this season (will explain rationale in greater detail below). Doing this knowing next season they will be ready for 20" bikes if pedaling without training wheels this year. I figure I can recoup some of the cost in selling the NiceC next year and will keep the boys bike for our current 15 month old for when he is big enough.
A few things why I take a star away in my rating:
1) The sizing chart height ranges in the photo seem way too wide based on research elsewhere on the web how to size a bicycle. Based on external research the 16" NiceC is smallish for a 47" tall child and a rider that has skill in balance and pedaling at that size likely should have a larger bike. The wheel base and cockpit (top tube length) are okay, but not great. The bicycle length in the photos is reported to be 42.5", however in my measurements it is actually 44.5". I measured a wheel base of 28.25" which is comparable to other 16" sized bikes. The Woom 3 is spec'd at 28.03", the Royalbaby line lists a 28.5" wheel base and my kids current 16" huffy junk bikes are also similar length. The Woom 3 Top tube length is 15.75" while I measured the NiceC at just 12"-13" (depending on seat position and measured angle). This may seem insignificant, however for my daughters long legs she will be a bit cramped. While not matching the top tube/cockpit space of the highest of the high end, it is comparable to the huffy bikes we currently have. Unable to find any specs on the Royalbaby bikes for this measure but expect it to be similar to Huffy/NiceC here. Verified this with my daughter on the bike, her legs/knees are fairly close to the handle bars but will work great without pedals, and then will adjust the height and angle of the seat/bars to make a bit more space for pedaling.
2) Instructions - it really was pretty intuitive, however the instructions actually were more confusing than just looking at pictures and putting it together. If I had no experience in working on bikes it would have been annoying as some of the instructions don't even need to be completed as the bike comes 90% assembled. They do a great job including all the tools needed which was nice. and are good to keep for future projects. I did need a pliars to tighten the seat clamp enough to prevent it slipping. Now the quick release works great.
3) Uncertain quality/brand. The frame and components can be found if you google "magnesium alloy china bike frame", "Menkin brake lever". These are both made by companies in China and don't appear to have any reliable info online about the quality or safety. Was not able to find anything about the Duoder rear disk brake. Since these are starting bikes and don't expect my 6 year old's to have extreme or even moderate riding conditions I don't have safety concerns. However would not put my trust in these components for street riding at high speeds. That said, they seem to function fine and reliably. The brake levers are plastic, will update after the season is over if any observations can be made.
4) The tire in some of the photos have knobby tread while other photos are smoother tread. I received the smoother tread and it appears that the knobby tread is from older versions, or it is just random what you get. I would have preferred the knobby tread for gravel and dirt.
While I still think the cockpit is a bit small for my daughter (will definitely be too small in a year) am going to keep it and give it a try. I do not plan on using training wheels on these. For a child that still hasn't learned to ride (without training wheels) it is important to be able to place both feet flat on the ground while learning. So for my kids it should work out. Also inseam is much more important indicator of size than height and based on the minimum seat positions and my kids size, this should work out. I still likely would have purchased an 18" NiceC (if it were possible) for my daughter instead of the 16". Hopefully this will be offered in the future. Watch some YouTube movies about learning to ride by balance first and avoid training wheels hopefully.
The things I really like about the bike:
1) Frame and weight - the magnesium alloy is light weight and the design looks pretty cool. Other color options would be good however the champagne and pink look really good. It seems strong and from no past reviews mentioning cracks in the metal I expect it will be durable. The frame kinda looks like a lightning bolt, I am not sure if we will add any other stickers/decals as it looks pretty good naked. The weight really is the main standout for this bike over other models in the price range, looks cool and is light weight. I measured 17.9 lbs without the training wheels (which I plan to leave off). For comparison our Huffy bikes are 22 lbs and 20.5 lbs, while the Royalbaby Freestyle is at least 24 lbs. The Woom 3 is only 11.7 lbs, however in this price I wasn't able to find any other bike under 20lbs. Most adults ride bikes that are only 20% of their body weight. This isn't possible for kids, but something <40% is ideal and this bike meets that requirement.
2) Dual hand brakes - after reading and knowing my kids experience with pedal braking (frustrated by bike stopping abruptly when learning to pedal) having hand breaks was mandatory. There are legal reasons that most companies sell bikes with coaster breaks, but think my kids will do better learning to pedal/balance with hand breaks. I plan to have them start using these bikes without pedals and learn to balance and break prior to putting the pedals on. In this price range you will not find new bikes with dual hand break and NO coaster. The disk brake is a cool upgrade (i think). It seems to function well and offers fast breaking ability although haven't been on the roads yet to verify.
This bike is way better than the Huffy and Royalbaby bikes sold here and big wally stores. I really wish there were a 18" version but I think it will work for a season with my relatively tall 6 year old daughter. She may be a little cramped but will update after she is ridding some. The light weight frame and lack of a coaster brake make this bike in a weight class well above its sale price. Additionally the dual hand brakes including rear disk brake is a valued feature of this bike. It looks really cool as it comes and was easy to assemble although the directions are not very clear if you are not handy. Very excited for my kids to use these once it warms up a little.
Update 3/24/19: Kids took first rides this weekend and pedaling without training wheels on day 2. On day one they did a few downhill rides to learn balancing these bikes and how to use the brakes. Day 2 we added pedals and there were going on the first try.
New complaints: The brakes (especially disc brakes) needed adjustment and are not super easy to adjust, still have pad rubbing on the disc and was not able to fully eliminate after 2 hours working on them. To adjust the disc brake you need a number 5 allen wrench. Do not adjust the part of the brake that is a different size as it will completely come apart. Adjust only the 2 top and right side screws. The two on top are used to center the brake over the disc. The one on the right allows fine tuning of the right pad. I think the discs are not completely flat as there is still some rub, will eventually take to professional to see if they can tune it. The silver bike front tire is out of round a little and causes uneven wear on the front brake pads. The tube for the seat and quick release require pliers to tighten. Small plastic piece between the seat tube and clamp seems cheap and concerning how it will hold up over time, because of non-standard tube, there likely is no way to replace it.
Despite the few problems and concerns for long-term durability, I am very happy with the bikes overall. Stand by the original review as value for a low weight bike that doesn't have a coaster brake. The bike does well for purpose I intended which was to be a good learning bike for 6 year old using the NO training wheel/NO coaster brake method of learning to ride. Both my kids were riding on second day of doing this (total time less than 2 hours). If you are going to try, you really need to spend some time reviewing the step to teach this and potential risks of not having a coaster brake (need to teach how to use hand brake prior to learning to pedal). Make sure the size is right, to use without pedals as a balance bike the child should be able to have both feet flat on the ground while sitting on the bike. Watch the YouTube videos on this. The down side to this is my kids are almost already too big for this bike, but knew that going in and ready to buy larger (likely used) bikes next season when the many variables important to learning to ride are not as critical for an experienced rider.
So far, my daughter has been thrilled to death with it and really enjoys riding it. It’s a pretty, all-around good quality bicycle. It’s a light pink color that is simply gorgeous and is the perfect height for my little princess. I ordered the 16” tires and it screams big girl and is just what she needed.
The frame is heavy duty and much thicker than I thought it would be. In comparison to her old bike, this one is better built and a lot safer. It’s one piece making it super easy to put together. It’s lightweight and very comfortable to ride; all in which are a must.
It’s very sturdy and easy to control. It has wide, thick tires so the bike rides nice and smooth. She easily can go over bumps making it good for dirt rides through the woods. It has training wheels that are super easy to adjust and work great. There aren’t any funky noises or wiggling.
Most importantly, the break-system is the best. It has a dual-break system making stops simple and smooth. As much as I like the bike, I do have a few complaints. Firstly, I will warn that it doesn't have a kick-stand. My daughter still needs the training wheels so this hasn’t really been an issue for me but may be an issue once I remove them.
Another concern I have is that the pedals do not have bearings. While this isn't an issue now, I am concerned that they will quickly wear out, but only time will tell. I will update as time goes by.
Overall, I would recommend this bike. It’s excellent quality and a safe choice for your little one.
- This bike is good for kid's safe{brake, reflector, bell)
- The bike is good looking
- Most important: Your kids like it.
The bike was super easy to assemble - As a mom, I did it by myself in about 20 minutes. He's never ridden on a bike with training wheels before, and he got the hang of it within 10 minutes.
This bike looks great and is a great value. I researched bikes for a long time before deciding on this one. I am very happy with this purchase.
The brake system is very good, one simple squeeze and will stop the bike firmly.
The bell rings great, she loves ringing around getting people to notice her new awesome bike.
There are also some stickers that comes along with the bike, she likes to stick it to her likings. Showing off to everybody 「Look! This is my design!」
We received the the NiceC 14” kids bike in Champagne from my sister last month. She bought it as a gift for my son’s 6-year old birthday. After few weeks, we come back to amazon and find this pink one for our little girl who is 4. When we first noticed about the price, we struggled for a while since the others are around $80. But after doing some comparation, we pay for it. There are the reasons:
1. Lightweight – Not like other child bikes in this size which normally weight around 20 to 30 lbs, this bike is only about 17 lbs and can be easily hold up by kids-even my 4 years old daughter. The main part of the bike is made by some special material (not iron).
2. Easy assembly – Before open the box, my husband had brought out all his tools and we planned to have it ready to go within an hour. HOWEVER, WE INSTALLED IT IN 10 MINS. It came mostly assembled already.
3. Best-looking – The bike is well designed. The color is special and not looked cheap. It also comes with a page of cute stickers. The kids are allowed to décor it and made their bike unique.
4. Extra value – The ring bell and compass came within the package is the extra value what we looking for. After teaching the kids how to use the ring bell, we don’t have to keep on saying “excuse me”. Children learned about direction by looking at the compass when riding it.
Believe me, this bike is great and worth to buy!
