Watch the video provided on the Amazon site for the cot. I needed to watch it too in order to close it the first time. After watching it is easy to close. Pull up from both ends of the cot.

Are the legs adjustable? Can it be lowered/raised?

No the legs do not adjust. But I love the cots. Easy to carry in the bag. Easy to set up.. Comfortable. Really happy with this product.

How is the cot on uneven ground?
Answer:
The cot is very solid and good quality. I use cot on carpet surface and it is great. I don’t have experience to put on rough service. However the bed to the bottom of floor seems sturdy and strong and not way too high from ground. Thus I will think it should be okay on rough surface as well.
I always buy stuff if Amazon is the seller to get a piece of mind for reasonable return policy. Most of sellers are great too. So buy it with confidence and returns options are many and easyÂ
